We currently run a fully organic kitchen, our veg is sourced locally and pesticide free. We only use fish caught in green zones and all our red and white meats are grass fed and free range.

 

We are halaal and kosher friendly and have a separate kitchen division which handles specific requirements. At the same time we provide non-halaal meats as it's a given that crew love their crispy bacon on set!

 

Our head chef is on stand by 24/7 for any special meal requirements for key crew and actors.
